Every musical piece is a result of time & place. There are places where I would rather be and Fela Kuti can take me there. There are also reflexive moments that can almost be painful but beautiful at the same time -like Spiritual by John Coltrane. What Bob Marley wrote in the 70's remains true today. Physical activity is important to feel balance, I feel best when I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I love to swim also. If you can't laugh at your own shortcomings you re stiff and if so many people practice yoga some should practice it also spiritually to remain flexible as to fight prejudice that lurks in everyone. Curiosity is everything. 420 friendly.
